Orders are normally packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timing varies by destination and courier serviceability.

Tracking

When your parcel ships, its courier name and tracking ID appear in My Account. DTDC parcels include a direct tracking link and updated order milestones.

Delivery charges

Delivery is complimentary for orders of ₹3,000 or more. The applicable charge is always shown before you place an order.
