Product policy

Each order includes the full-size perfume bottle along with a separate tester kit for you to try before opening the main bottle. If the main bottle's seal is broken or the product has been used, it is not eligible for refund or exchange. Please use the tester first to confirm your preference before opening the main bottle.

Eligible returns

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. The full-size bottle must remain sealed and unused, with its original packaging. We will inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

Pay on Delivery

Pay on Delivery orders are non-refundable once dispatched. Damaged or incorrect deliveries remain covered—contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
